Agroforestry
Agroforestry combines trees, plants and crops in the same land, creating an ecosystem
that is balanced. This practice increases biodiversity, improves soil, protects crops and produces
nutritious foods, all while making the landscape healthier and more vibrant.
Shiitake mushrooms
We grow shiitake mushrooms on logs in the forest following the traditional Japanese method. We are among the
first in Italy to produce them outdoors, enhancing the forest heritage and enriching the landscape
of local gastronomy with a nutritious and uniquely flavored food.
The forest garden
Our forest garden combines fruit trees, herbs and vegetables in an integrated ecosystem,
with a wide variety of edible species grown without fertilizers, pesticides or other harmful products.

and contributes to a healthier and more lush environment.
The artisan food lab
In our artisan food laboratory we transform mushrooms, herbs, vegetables and fruits into preserves and drinks.
Ready to taste, made in small batches respecting seasonal ingredients. Innovative products that
preserve flavors and nutrients, making the diet more varied and enjoyable.
