We are an organic farm founded in 2018 in Garda Trentino. We cultivate shiitake mushrooms using agroforestry methods and have a biodiverse fruit, herbs and vegetables garden. We directly process our harvests into artisanal preserves and drinks, offering seasonal products that combine nature, well-being, and the authentic pleasure of taste.
